Finance
Tax Accountant
Job Summary:
- Under the supervision of the Tax Analyst and Finance Director, the Tax Accountant is responsible for ensuring that Green Cross, Inc.’s tax compliance and reporting obligations in the Philippines are met including participation to ad-hoc advisories and projects. The duties include preparing tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience gained in either FMCG environment or Tax Advisory Services
- Must have experience in local taxation, knowledgeable in BIR regulations and processes
- Background in ERP software, SAP is an advantage
- Highly analytical, and has a high sense of Accountability and Responsibility
Cost Accountant
Job Summary:
- Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Cost Accountant is responsible for planning, budgeting and monitoring plant performance, setting standard unit costs and recommending appropriate cost-saving opportunities. The duties include developing cost standards for materials and labor, designs and implements cost accounting systems and analyzes production costs and recommending changes. Performs month-end cost accounting close, maintains cost accounting system and cost ledger, performing life cycle cost-benefit analysis and analyzes inventory valuations.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Has at least 5 years of working experience in Cost Accounting (Budget Planning, Cost-Benefit, Product Costing and Pricing Recommendation, Inventory Valuations, Cost of Sales Analysis) gained in either FMCG or any related industries
- Must be well versed in SAP software
- Highly analytical, and has a high sense of Accountability and Responsibility
Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist for Supply Chain
Job Summary:
- The person will work closely with Planning, Procurement and Logistics teams to support the business operations by monitoring the end-to-end supply chain spend, providing finance insights on performance, supporting key supply chain decision making and driving value improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any Financial Related Course
- Has over 3 to 5 years of working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis for Supply Chain (Business partnering support and management reporting, Budgeting and forecasting, Financial modelling, Sensitivity analysis, Cost-benefit analysis), gained in either FMCG or any related industries
- Background in ERP software, SAP is an advantage
- Highly analytical, and has a high sense of Accountability and Responsibility
Inventory and Asset Supervisor
Job Summary:
- The person will work closely with the General Accounting Manager to support the business operations through identification, recording, valuation, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital projects, reconciliation and reporting of capital work in progress and to carry out revaluation and asset count activities.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting certification (CPA) is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor in Inventory and Asset (Fixed Asset/Inventory Accounting and Control) in either FMCG or any related industries
- Must have background in Accounting Software (SAP)
Inventory and Asset Analyst
Job Summary:

Systems
Applications Group Specialist
Job Summary:
- Under the supervision of the Applications Group Officer, runs efficient Application Systems using existing hardware, software and auxiliaries for availability of information at the time and location when it is needed in accordance with Green Cross, Inc.’s data confidentiality and access policies.
Qualification:
- Must be Bachelor’s degree holder in IT or Information management related courses
- Has over 3 years of work experience in management information systems, preferably gained from either FMCG or any related industries
- Has experience in Distributor Business System, with programming experience using any language
- With background in MS Excel VBA programming and MS Excel Power Query
Technical Group Associate
Job Summary:
- Supports the Technical Group Officer in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s hardware and related software for information, communication, and networking systems
Qualification:
- Must be a bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related courses.
- Has over 3 years of work experience as a technical support (hardware, software, computer systems, and network), preferably gained from either FMCG or any related industries.
- Must have the ability to quickly identify problems, form solutions, and execute step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
- Has knowledge on servers, networks, security, and PABX
