Warehouse & Inventory
Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary:
- Under the supervision of the Planning & Inventory Manager, this position is responsible for planning, directing and controlling all warehouse management functions for raw materials, packaging materials, and store room items in order to ensure the most efficient & cost-effective flow of materials and products from production or delivery to storage of these items.
- This position is also responsible in maintaining strategic partnership with Third-Party Warehouse Service Providers to ensure that agreed service levels in relation to finished goods inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction are met.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering course
- Must have over 3-5 years’ Warehouse or Logistics related experience at Supervisory level capacity (managing inbound & outbound activities, maintaining strategic 3rd Party Warehouse Service Provider partnerships)
- Must have experience with SAP products
Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary:
- Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, responsible in coordinating with the third-party warehouse operator of Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse Distribution Center (DC) & Depots making sure that goods are accounted & prepared accordingly to support product distribution in the most efficient and effective manner and that they deliver agreed KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or Business Management course
- Has strong experience on Warehouse operations (monitoring of storage items, issuance and receipt of goods)
- Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
Inventory Control Analyst
Job Summary:
- Under the close supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, responsible for ensuring the accuracy between the system and actual inventory record; leads in conducting inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any Business, Operation or Management-related courses
- Strong experience in Inventory Management (conducting inventory counts and reconciliation activities)
- Must have Above Average Excel proficiency and proven experience in using SAP
Planning
MRP Associate – Supply Planning
Job Summary:
- Responsible for effective and efficient planning, implementation and coordination of production/delivery schedule for both in-housed and tolled products while managing Materials and Finished Goods Inventory.
- To contribute to planning operations through the execution and daily application of production planning concepts and principles that support company direction and key business strategies.
- To respond to varied planning-related situations.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or Business Management course
- Must have over 2 years of experience in Production and Material Planning preferably in a large scale manufacturing setup
- Experience with SAP products is preferred
MRP Associate – Distribution Planning
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the implementation and control of panning programs and initiatives that ensure cost-efficient solutions and execution of Distribution Planning activities.
- To support the prioritization of company direction and key strategies through the daily application of distribution planning concepts and principles
- To respond to varied planning-related situations
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or Business Management course
- Must have over 3 years of experience in Distribution Planning preferably in a large scale manufacturing setup
- Experience with SAP products is preferred
